viddi operates in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. They recognized the inefficiencies in the traditional hiring process, particularly the substantial time and resources consumed during initial candidate screening. To address this challenge, they came up with the idea of viddi, an innovative platform that streamlines recruitment by facilitating pre-interview video responses from candidates.

The project's overarching goal was to transform the recruitment process, focusing on three key objectives:
Recruitment Efficiency:
The client aimed to enhance the efficiency of their recruitment process by reducing the time and resources traditionally allocated to initial candidate interviews. Cost Savings: A primary objective was to save valuable organizational resources, both time and money, by optimizing the initial screening phase of the hiring process. Enhanced Candidate Evaluation: The client sought a solution that would not only streamline the candidate pre-screening process but also provide valuable insights into candidates' communication skills and suitability for specific roles.

Our team developed a solid recruitment platform with the following crucial components in order to achieve a goal:
Candidate Panel:
We created a user-friendly panel where candidates can easily apply for interviews using QR codes, receive invitations, complete video interviews, and showcase their skills.
Interviewer Panel
We designed an intuitive interface for interviewers to create job vacancies, curate question libraries, review candidates, assign interviews to reviewers, and manage the recruitment process efficiently..
Reviewer Panel:
Reviewers are alerted with notifications when candidates finish their interviews, enabling prompt and comprehensive evaluations.
Admin Panel:
We implemented a comprehensive admin panel for company management, subscription handling, and control various aspects of the platform, ensuring smooth platform operation and security.
